Timesheets

A timesheet app that fills itself in

Every timer you run lands on your timesheet automatically. For the rest, type durations straight into the week grid — 1:30, 1.5 or 90m all work — and copy last week's rows in one click.

How it works

  1. Track with timers during the week, or not at all.
  2. Open the week view to see hours per project and day.
  3. Type into any cell to add or change time; it autosaves.
  4. Submit the week for approval when it's done.

Flexible input

  • 1:30, 1.5, 1,5, 90m, 1h30 are all understood
  • Tab between cells like a spreadsheet
  • Esc cancels a change

Day and week

The day view shows each entry with notes and lets you continue any of them. The week view is for quick filling and review.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add time for a past day?

Yes. Switch to any day and enter a duration — it's saved without starting a timer.

Can I move an entry to another day?

Yes, edit its date. Even a running timer keeps running on the new date.

Do timesheets lock?

Submitted and approved weeks lock until reopened.
