Acceptable use policy

Don't

• break the law or infringe others' rights using the service;
• use the service to secretly monitor people — time tracking in Hourtick is something people do themselves, openly;
• try to access accounts, workspaces or data that aren't yours, or probe, scan or test our systems' security without written permission (see Security for responsible disclosure);
• overload the service, circumvent rate limits, or scrape it in ways that degrade it for others;
• resell or white-label the service without an agreement;
• upload malware or content that is unlawful, harassing or hateful, or use task or chat files as general file hosting unrelated to your work in the service;
• put special-category personal data (health, religion and similar) into notes, project names, tasks or chat.

Enforcement

We may remove content, revoke tokens, or suspend accounts that violate this policy, with notice where reasonable. Report abuse through the contact form (topic “Report abuse”).
