Subprocessors

Current subprocessors

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing (Pro plan). Location: EU and US.
• Google — sign-in with Google, only for users who choose it. Location: global.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple for users who choose it, and delivery of push notifications to the iPhone app (Apple Push Notification service). Location: global.
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) — website analytics on hourtick.com outside the app, only for visitors who allow it. Location: EU and US.
• Akamai Technologies (Akamai Cloud, formerly Linode) — application servers, database and object storage for uploaded files. Location: Frankfurt, Germany; uploaded files of workspaces that choose US file storage: United States.
• Mailgun (Sinch) — delivers the emails Hourtick sends (confirmations, password resets, invitations, notifications) and messages from our contact form. EU region.
• Cloudflare — content delivery, protection against attacks and, where enabled, bot checks (Turnstile) on sign-up, password reset and the contact form. Location: global.

Not subprocessors

AI assistants you open with the “Ask AI” buttons (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Gemini, Copilot) receive only the prompt you see and send yourself. Tools you connect via our API or MCP server act on your behalf under your agreements with them.

Changes

We update this page at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts processing customer personal data and notify workspace owners by email.
