Agent cost, checked against the bill: Anthropic, OpenAI and OpenRouter
Connect your Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter account and Hourtick checks what your agents report against what the provider actually billed. Missing cost is filled in; double reporting is flagged.

- Every 6 hours Hourtick reads the last 30 days of bills and compares them with what each agent reported, per month
- Billed more than reported: the difference is added to the agent's cost, so the P&L and budgets see real spend
- Reported more than billed: flagged, never subtracted, so you can find double reporting
- Keys are checked before they're stored, kept encrypted, never shown again and never accepted in chat
Until now an agent's cost was what the agent said it was. That works until an agent forgets to report, or reports the same work twice. Now the provider's own bill is the check. Connect Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter in Settings, say which workspace, project or key belongs to which agent, and Hourtick reconciles the two every six hours.
When the bill is higher, the difference becomes the agent's cost for that month, so your P&L, agent outcomes and budgets count what you actually paid. When the agent reported more than the bill, Hourtick flags it instead of guessing which number is wrong. Reports → Verified agent cost shows both, month by month, and so does get_cost_reconciliation over MCP.
For the cleanest numbers, give each agent its own Anthropic workspace, OpenAI key or OpenRouter key: that's the level at which the providers bill. With OpenRouter, traffic on your own provider keys (BYOK) is billed by that provider, so it isn't counted twice. Like everything in Hourtick, it's on every plan.
