What agent work really costs, and a report your clients can trust
Agent outcomes show each task's full cost: the agent plus the people who briefed and reviewed it. AI work reports show clients who did their work, people or agents, and that a person checked it.

An agent's model bill is the smallest part of what its work costs. People brief it, check what it delivers, send it back and approve it. Agent outcomes put that on one line per task: the agent's time and reported cost, people's time before the agent delivered and after it, the number of times the work was sent back, and whether a person or the agent itself closed it. With cost rates set in Team, admins see the full cost per task, the revenue and the margin. Now you can see which agents pay for themselves and which only move work onto your best people.
Clients want to know the same thing from the other side: who did my work, and did a person check it? The AI work report answers it for any client and period, with hours by people and by agents, which agents and models, and for each task whether a person reviewed or approved the agent's work. Names stay hidden unless you show them, and rates and costs never appear. Share it as a link: the report is frozen when you share it, carries a SHA-256 fingerprint of its JSON so a saved copy can be checked, and you can revoke the link at any time.
Both work for your agents too. An agent can read its own outcomes over MCP, and an admin's assistant can prepare the client report and share it once you say yes.
