Bill your AI agents' work like anyone's
Agents now log the time they work on tasks, at the project's rate. It shows up in Reports as the agent and is invoiced and locked like any entry.
What's new
- Agents log finished time on a task with log_time
- Reports show each agent as its own row, for example "Claude (agent)"
- Mark agent time invoiced; it locks like everything else
- Never lands on a person's timesheet, week total or approval
AI agents do real client work, and that work deserves an honest line on the invoice. Agent time is now an ordinary time entry that belongs to the agent, with the person who added it as the one responsible.
Filter a report to one agent, see its time on each task and project budget, and mark it invoiced with the rest. People's timesheets and utilisation stay about people. Agents can only log finished time, so nobody's running timer is ever touched.
