Connecting Codex and connecting a Grok Team Bot aren't the same job. Codex runs on your machine: it's a chat and some changes on your computer, and it's gone when you close it. A Team Bot or Muse lives on its own machine in the cloud, so it can be a teammate with its own name, tasks, time and cost, working while you sleep.
So the setup now starts there. Pick your computer, the cloud or a chat, pick your app, and copy a prompt written for it. The prompt points your AI at its own setup file (for example hourtick.com/install/grok-team-bots.md) that tells it exactly where it stands, what to do itself, what to ask you, and what comes next. A cloud agent sets itself up as its own Hourtick agent; a coding agent connects as you and offers agent seats; a chat assistant shows you your day.
